ODA Rolls out the Canvas for Arts Day
Clear your plans this Saturday! At the ODA’s upper school campus, there will be plenty of artwork on display including ceramics, drawings, paintings, and more. The day will also include concerts from chorus, the orchestra, and the band. The day will be filled with beautiful creations in a range of genres from students of all ages. Show some support to your fellow classmates and take a look at their fabulous work.
The timeline for Art’s Day is as follows:
Art Show: 1-6pm in the Arts Building
Musical Performances in the Blackbox Theater
- MS/US Orchestra: 2-3 p.m.
- MS/US Band: 3:30-4:30 p.m.
- MS/US Chorus: 5-6 p.m.
You may have noticed that in the Arts Building there are two displays filled with beautiful plates, pots, and figures. These are just a part of the beautiful works going on display for Arts Day.
“I think it is a great thing because Athletics happen every week but it is a great opportunity for the arts to express their talents. I am SO excited for it because my sister is in it,” says Liz Gaukhman.
