NHS Council Delayed Again
September 6, 2012
“Where are my speeches!?” said Mrs. Debby Frye, Upper School Math Teacher, last week as she stood baffled in front of the gym with no National Honor Society speeches. She flared her arms up questioning why there were no potential candidates for this year’s NHS council. The orators were anticipated to speak Tuesday during their regular lunch meetings with Mrs. Frye, an adviser to NHS. Emily Camire, junior, came prepared Tuesday with her speech to run for secretary, but with the previous complications they were canceled. Tomorrow, during morning assembly, hopefully everything will be announced and we will soon hear of ODA’s new NHS council.
