If you love music, are between the ages 13-19 and have nothing to do on Saturday night go to the Selby Library in downtown Sarasota for a rocking good time. The event called Band Bash is from 5:30-11 p.m. At the event you will find bands, food, crafts, gaming, and much more! The best part about it is that it is absolutely free! There are going to be seven bands playing. The genres of music will be pop, indie, punk rock, funky jazz, hip-hop and heavy metal.

From 6-6:30 Let’s Rock Sarasota will be playing, 6:45-7:15 The Great Fame, 7:15-7:45 Pure Organic Trio, 7:45-8:15 When In Doubt, 8:30-9 Lets Rock Sarasota, 9-9:30 SNAPM and Urban Spiral Dream Company. Last, but not least, from 10:30-11 Siege of Malakand. All of these are high school bands from around Sarasota.

It should be really cool and if you love music, it sounds like the place for you!
