This week, the ODA Bolt is attempting its first Theme Week of the year, a concept in story grouping that some papers use to generate attention to a topic. Junior Editor Cassandra Ratzlaff and Staff Writer Maggie McGaharan decided to designate this week “Car Week.”

The idea initially came forward from junior Maggie McGaharan and resulted in igniting a new segment on The Bolt. Throughout the year The Bolt will be feature various theme weeks.
