Reflections on a Spooky Halloween

Amanda Navarro, Staff Writer

This year Halloween landed on a Wednesday, so ODA decided to decorate the campus with spooky apparitions.

Also, here are some of the most interesting student costumes this year. First place for the group category went to Noah Blumenthal, who dressed up as Noah from Noah’s Arc. When the costume contest began, Noah summoned the cats and other animals in the audience and used them as his animals. First in the individual category went to Chase Causey, who wore a speculator devils mask that was attached to a welder’s helmet. Second place went to Johnny Delgado, who dressed up as Edward Scissorhands.

The middle school also dressed up and participated in carving pumpkins at the end of the day.
