A sport that is not talked about enough is wrapping up its season. Cross Country will find out if they will be going to  Regionals in a few weeks. If they don’t make Regionals, their season will be over. Runge says that this year has been rather difficult compared to previous seasons. He said adapting to a new coach can be challenging.

As a team no wins have been brought home this year; but individuals have had some personal victories. Some notable successes were from Zach Lang (‘13), Peter Runge (‘14), and Tait Lystad (‘14). Junior runner, Peter Runge said that a “highlight” of the season was the Northport Invitational. He said the team ran great and got some great times.

As the season wraps up their season, they look back not on disappointments in team victories, but on the fun times they had together as a group–something the team really values.
