The first day of school flew by this year. In spite of all the meetings about rules, pressure was off, and it was a great way to come back after the summer break. Here’s a recap of what happened:

Hanky Panky and Office Tennis- the first of many Thunder Cup games- initiated the assembly at the end of the day. Freshmen won Hanky Panky, Sophomores came in second, Juniors in third, and Seniors in last.

Despite a slow start and many missed goals from all grades, the Freshmen took first place in Office Tennis with a time of 16 seconds, Juniors were closely behind in second, followed by the Seniors in third, and lastly the Sophomores.

Seniors just barely beat the faculty in the annual Senior vs. Faculty volleyball game. Tied at 24-24, it took a two point win for the Seniors to conquer the faculty.

Overall, it was a great way to inaugurate the first day of school.
